TERMS OF SERVICE
After choosing your commissions type and etc, you will be added to a queue list, please contact me via Discord for further details, pricing, adjustment, etc. The drawing process will start after upfront payment, discussions, following the queue. Updates will be provided for your order until the process is finished.Basic Rules--------------
Keep in mind these rules, it will help make the process much easier for you. (and me.)- 100% payment upfront is required.
- Paypal only for transactions. (You can also bank transfer/Chuyển khoản if you are Vietnamese.)
- You cannot sell, monetize off of my artwork. (This inlcudes prints, t-shirt, cups, etc...)
- You can't trace/copy/steal my work without my permission.
- Refunds are NOT available, due to restrictions of Paypal in Vietnam.
- Credit me if you do plan on posting my artwork on online platforms. (@mallised)Progress--------------During the making process of your artwork, please also keep in mind:- If you have your sketches, ideas, references, vibes, etc that you can provide for me for your comms, it is highly encouraged to ensure the best quality and befitting of your vision. Otherwise, I will make the choices myself based on descriptions.
- Changes during the order can be made ONLY, once I sent you the sketch phase of the work, any major, minor changes can be made during this period, and will be confirmed by you.
- You can asks for minor changes after the sketch phase, depending on how much I can do for you, you can still ask for major changes as well, however it will come with a fee, and is depend on how much changes is required.
- To ensure the resolutions of the finished artwork, it will be sent via Google Drive, files in Discord, you also have the freedom to choose where to sent them.
- When I start working on your comms, the waiting time could be from a week to a month.Not gonna draw...--------------Yes, there exists things I refuse to draw, if you are unsure, just go ahead and ask me through dms.
