1. General Terms
1.1. All artwork, including but not limited to illustrations, designs, and commissioned pieces, is created and owned by me.
1.2. These Terms apply to all interactions, transactions, and services offered, including online sales, commissions, and collaborations.
2. Copyright & Ownership
2.1. I retain the copyright of all artwork, including commissioned works.
2.2. Artworks may not be sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from me.
2.3. You may use the artwork for personal purposes such as profile pictures, social media, and non-commercial projects.
2.4. You may not alter, trace, or claim the artwork as your own.
2.5. Under no circumstances may the artwork be used for artificial intelligence (AI) training, machine learning datasets, or minted/sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs / blockchain technology).

3. Commission Terms
3.1.I reserve the right to refuse any commission requests. I will not draw [Extreme gore, Mecha, Hateful imagery, Politically-charged ideas, CP, Copyrighted materials]
3.2. Prices for commissions are determined based on complexity, and time required to complete.
3.3. A deposit of at least 50% is required after the approval of the initial sketch in order to continue.
3.4. Full payment is due once the commission is completed and before final files are delivered.
3.5. Any revisions after the initial approved sketch will require additional fees for each revisions. (10-50$) - Prices vary based on complexity of the revision.

3.6. Timelines for commissions can vary due to personal circumstances.
3.7. Clients must respond to progress updates within 7 - 14 days. If a client "ghosts" or fails to respond for more than 30 consecutive days without prior notice, the commission will be canceled. The deposit will be forfeited, and the slot will be reopened.

4. Personal Use vs. Commercial Use
4.1. Personal use includes private use like social media avatars, posters for personal enjoyment, and fan art are allowed.
4.2. Commercial use that includes the sale or distribution of the artwork for profit, then a separate commercial license is required. Commercial licensing fees grant distribution rights but do not transfer original copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.
4.4. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, you must inform me prior to use and agree on licensing fees.

5. Refund policy
5.1. Deposits are strictly non-refundable once the initial sketch has been approved and work on.
5.2. If a commission is canceled by the client before the sketch is approved, any pre-payments (minus any processing fees) will be refunded.
5.3. No refunds will be issued after the final, high-resolution files have been delivered to the client.
5.4. If I must cancel the commission due to personal circumstances or an inability to complete the project, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued to the client.
5.5. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment processor without contacting me first will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist. You will forfeit all rights to any completed or in-progress artwork.
